Family

Todd graduated Penn State in 1986. Todd’s son, John (21) graduated Penn State in May 2023, and his younger son, Joseph (17) a Archbishop Wood High School graduate is attending PSU this summer.

Todd enjoys golfing and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. When Todd was a pre-teen, he watched the Broad Street Bullies led by Bobby Clark win consecutive Stanley Cups. In high school, Todd saw the Phillies win the World Series. Thirty years’ later, Todd took his son (who was 8) to the World Series parade.

Todd and his wife, Rosemarie (one of nine) are married for almost 23 years and reside in Ivyland Borough. One of their cherished memories was attending the Papal visit of Pope Francis to Philadelphia in 2015 where they celebrated mass on the JFK Parkway.

Community

Todd Savarese has been active in the Ivyland Borough and Warminster Township communities for decades, serving as a trusted legal advisor to individuals and businesses alike.

Experience

Todd Savarese is licensed by the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court (1990), New Jersey Supreme Court (1990), United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1999), United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (2018), United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals (1999) and the United States Supreme Court (1998).
